Nice shop. The owner is very friendly and will give you any advice you need for your pet. Our dog loves going here because he's always welcomed with cuddles and treats. We're also frequent user of the shower service for our dog. Such a game changer! Really easy to use, they have everything you need - towels, shampoo, conditioner, treats, even water and tea for yourself. Has to be my favorite pet shop in the city

Started coming here lately instead of ordering stuff online. The owner is very friendly, the selection is great and I even got a little cat toy as a gift. Super recommended!

A lovely store with a large selection of pet food and supplies. For cats they stock litter, litter trays & boxes, scratching posts, treats, toys, lots of food types including specialist diet. All prices are reasonable. The owner was so friendly and even gave my cat a gift for her birthday, a fun toy to play with. My new favourite local pet shop.

Lovely pet shop. We popped in while heading to the vets so we could head back after our holidays. They were so nice they even gave our poodle a special treat! She enjoyed it on the eurotunnel on our way back. Will pop in if we ever pass again.

Decided to come here to buy a collar for my dog back in Malaysia and I was so pleased with the hospitality and service that is provided by the owner . He also gave us a packet of dog snack as a gift . Thumbs 👍 up and highly recommended …

Always a great experience going to this pet shop! Super friendly staff and amazing selection. They’ve recently opened a self service dog wash which I couldn’t wait to try out, it works great! Everything is included in the price like shampoo, conditioner, drying etc. And even has nice extras like combs. And plenty of towels if you have a hard to dry dog like mine :) She managed to leave a ton of her hair behind, glad it wasn’t in my house! 😅

Great pet store and fantastic owner. Great advice on brushes (even gave me an extra one to try out and keep the one I wanted), when coming in to replace a leash that my pup had bitten through he refused to sell and gave me instructions on how to fix the current one instead. Harnesses could be tried out on a walk before purchasing. Dog food and treats are high quality, and they do not sell highly processed foods. Very happy overall, I don't live close but keep going out of my way to visit this shop, highly recommend!

With two aging / geriatric cats, I can't stress how important it is to have the Pet Specialty Store's advice on different food to try to combat cat constipation. Personal attention even saved us 50 EUR from buying a new fountain. After describing our problem with a water fountains pump, the owner suggested how we can do a 'deep clean' of the propeller and filter. It worked a treat! Will continue to support this local business on the Rijnstraat!!
